Expanding opportunities for all employees

In recent years, we have expanded our apprenticeship program to include adult apprentices, creating opportunities for current employees who wish to gain formal vocational qualifications. So far, two production colleagues have embarked on this path, and their progress highlights the value of enabling professional development at all stages of life.

By supporting adult apprenticeships, we build a more inclusive and diverse workforce, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure that we continue to develop the competencies required for the future.
