We also prioritize the ongoing education of our working environment representatives and our internal task force. We believe in the value of high-quality practical training and in giving young people a solid foundation for entering the labor market. This includes individuals who may not immediately fit into traditional learning environments. By offering structure, encouragement, and hands-on experience, we help create opportunities for those who benefit most from a supportive start.
Over the years, we have seen countless young apprentices grow, develop confidence, and establish meaningful careers. Our approach is grounded in a simple philosophy: everyone has potential, and with the right support, that potential can unfold.
Expanding opportunities for all employees
In recent years, we have expanded our apprenticeship program to include adult apprentices, creating opportunities for current employees who wish to gain formal vocational qualifications. So far, two production colleagues have embarked on this path, and their progress highlights the value of enabling professional development at all stages of life.
By supporting adult apprenticeships, we build a more inclusive and diverse workforce, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure that we continue to develop the competencies required for the future.
