e-WS Water Service Vehicle

The Vestergaard Company electric water truck is designed to enable the operator to service aircraft in a highly efficient and hygienic manner. Tanks and all components are made of food-grade stainless steel suitable for drinking water.

The Vestergaard electric Water Service Truck combines reliable aircraft water servicing with the benefits of a fully electric platform. Designed for airports and ground handling operators transitioning to electric ground support equipment, it delivers quiet, emission-free operation while maintaining the reliability and flexibility required for daily aircraft servicing.

The vehicle is available with either a single fresh-water tank or an optional dual-tank configuration that also allows water to be drained from the aircraft. Insulated tanks come as standard, while optional heated tanks, heated couplings and an integrated steam generator ensure reliable year-round operation, even in harsh winter conditions. The unit is suitable for servicing all types of commercial aircraft.

The adjustable service basket provides excellent access to aircraft service panels through both vertical and horizontal movement, allowing operators to position themselves safely and efficiently. Integrated basket safety sensors further enhance operational safety.

Built on Vestergaard’s fully electric chassis, the vehicle offers approximately 50–60 km of driving range and 10–12 hours of typical operation before recharging. The onboard charger makes charging simple and convenient between shifts.

Virtually silent operation, zero local emissions and the elimination of small particle pollution make the electric Water Service Truck particularly well suited for airport ramps with strict environmental requirements, while also enabling aircraft servicing inside enclosed hangars.
