Vestergaard Company Appoints New Chief Commercial Officer

Vestergaard Company announces that, after many years of dedicated service, its current Chief Commercial Officer, Anders Larsen, has decided to step down from his role. Effective March 1, 2026, Anders Justesen Bay has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer of Vestergaard Company.
Anders Justesen Bay has been with Vestergaard Company since 2011 and most recently held the position of Head of Business Development. With a background within finance and strategy Anders started with Vestergaard Company as Executive Consultant and has grown within the company to be a part of the executive management group. During his tenure, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s forward-looking strategy, including the successful acquisition of Kalmar Motor in 2022. His strategic insight and in-depth understanding of the business are valuable assets as Vestergaard Company continues its development for the benefit of its customers and partners worldwide.
Anders Larsen steps down from his position as Chief Commercial Officer, a role he has held since December 2016. Anders has been with Vestergaard Company for nearly 40 years and has been a key contributor to establishing the company’s leading market position today. He will remain affiliated with Vestergaard Company as a consultant while gradually transitioning into a well-deserved retirement.
