Hot At Nozzle
The purpose of the Hot At Nozzle (HAN) option is to avoid the loss of ineffective cold ADF fluid, cooled in external hoses during natural pauses, f.ex. in between aircraft deicing operations. Spraying cold fluid means longer operation time and loss of expensive and environmentally harmful ADF fluid. The HAN option ensures that fluid at tank temperature is available at the spraying nozzle at all times.
